Sal Fucito, head coach of the Cincinnati St Gertrude 7th-8th grade football team, gives his team the commitment talk at the beginning of the season. He prepped the team with intro talks on What is a Man, Virtue, Charity, Humility, Courage and now he invites his team to make the commitment. This is all part of the SportsLeader Virtue Program.
