Making a Difference

Here is a video link that I received yesterday from Coach Mary Dickert from Cincinnati St Gertrude. It is very inspiring and it reminded me personally why I do what I do. Click on the link to watch.

It is a short story about an elementary school teacher and one of her students.

The line that hit me the most was:

"On that very day she quit teaching reading, writing and arithmetic. Instead, she began to teach children."

Maybe we could ask ourselves:

Am I coaching football, basketball (put in your sport)?

Or

Am I coaching young people?

You might be the most important person in a young person's life.
